Date: 2011-03-12 03:24 am (UTC)From:I knew someone once who had a pet Big Brown bat - not a rodent, of course, but extremely cool. If it weren't for the fear of rabies (hers had been a research specimen and she knew it was clean) I suspect they'd be popular pets - Cassandra was surprisingly docile and liked to cling to April's shoulder or snuggle up in her shirt pocket; also she had super-soft fur.
