Recent Irrelevant Stuff
May. 31st, 2018 04:45 pm1. I have never smoked, but for some reason I woke a few days back unable to recall any events from the dream I’d had, but completely aware that one of the characters had been chainsmoking Sobranie Black Russians.
2. There’s a back yard my bus goes by on the way home from work and lately I’ve noticed that it’s full of arbours and those small pergolas that are about the size of a canopy bed frame. I think someone’s trying to create a covered patio by just filling their yard with wall-to-wall pergolas. Which is the sort of thing I’d do, if I had a back yard.
3. I was looking up Ernst Gennat (RL Inspector Lohmann) again, possibly for fanfic research, mostly from boredom, and I found a page that was all bus schedules:
a) Are we talking about a grave? Because if not, I’m very confused. (Further research suggests that we are, in fact, looking at bus routes to the cemetery in Stahnsdorf.) b) According to Wikipedia, criminologist Ernst Gennat lived from 1880 to 1939, not 1932. c) I’m beginning to feel very worried for Herr Kriminalkomissar Gennat.
