Weather Whingeing

On the one hand, I'm glad there's snow on the ground; the lack of proper winter weather in Toronto up until this week was making me feel somehow guilty.
On the other hand, I wore two coats, one over the other, to work this morning and still felt chilly; and it isn't even really that cold out for January. Right now in the office I'm wearing a big woollen cardigan over my clothes, and drinking tea, and I'm cold enough that it's hard to concentrate, even though the place is adequately heated. Then again, I'm usually cold in here, even in summer (they crank the ac too high).
