According to green_trilobite, at First Thursday last night just before I arrived, Charles and Hope were begging that we throw a Christmas party next year at the new place, because while there are several New Year's shindigs there's really only one annual Christmas party in our social circle, and they're bored with it.
So come next December, let the War on Christmas Boredom begin!! green_trilobite suggests an all-day open house so as many people as possible can drop by. He's against bringing children, though, arguing that they'd be too hard to supervise at a crowded event and might touch his toys. You have been warned. Any other suggestions?
