Starbucks morning:
1 tall peppermint mocha;
1 cranberry scone.
At work;
1 coffee;
Sm bowl of minestrone;
1 Rice Krispie square.
After work:
1 Lindt chocolate;
1 salmon salad Nicoise;
1 coffee;
Evening:
some cold cuts & cheddar cheese.
I already pretty much knew I live mainly on carbs and coffee, but I wasn't prepared for how boring my food intake is.
