It's Only Tuesday

...and it's already one of those weeks. green_trilobite has some kind of 'flu, his old friend Bev is severely ill and may not pull through, the world is going to hell (but then it usually is) and this morning I was awoken by a dulcet mix of menstrual cramps and Carter heaving up a hairball on my pillow. At least he missed my head.
