Anna Nicole Smith's son dies next to her hospital bed. Apparently she'd just given birth to a daughter, and he was visiting, and later he was found unconscious in the chair and couldn't be woken. So far the authorities are saying they don't think it was drugs, and there isn't a mark on him. May turn out to be one of those unsuspected heart problem things.

Damn. I always kinda liked her. green_trilobite and I were talking about her court case once, and he was not only rooting for but betting (metaphorically) on her winning, because she was a mom, and motivated.

My anonymous sympathies, Ms Smith.
