Can't link because Google News is making my window close right now, but an Orthodox Jewish man was ordered off a plane last week, for praying. Y'know, when green_trilobite hears this I'm sure the first thing he'll say is that if there's an appropriate time for prayer, it's when you're about to go hurtling through space in a metal tube.
What gets me is that it was a Montreal to New York flight, so it seems hard to believe that the crew and passengers had never encountered an Orthodox Jew before and found him scarily alien (?!)
