The tie-ins with the photos in the middle of the paperback were a staple feature of my used book experience. Some previous reader had usually broken the spine right there.

No, I was just one of the chorus. Dick jokes were courtesy of our director and script-adaptor, Greg Robic (who is now a Rakugo storyteller named Katsura Sunshine).
