Work Update

I find out at the end of this week if I’m a permanent hire, so I’m nervous. So far it’s been a good place to work, but it also feels almost too normal, if you see what I mean? I’ve been going through each work day answering phones and stamping letters and not oversharing (except that time last week when I had a discussion about languages with the IT guy, but he seemed into it) and generally thinking “Hey, look at me being all competent and professional” and I wonder how long it’ll actually last.
