Was rewatching some old episodes of The Friendly Giant on YouTube, and it occurs to me that Disc Drive with Jurgen Gothe had a really similar vibe and musical palette, like it was the CBC’s radio version of the show for adults. Sadly I didn’t come across any episodes of Disc Drive online, so have a tv advertisement from 1985.
