Yes, Stacey Abrams is a tactical genius - the Trotsky of the Democratic Party! Unfortunately I think that her career path is being limited by how good she is at the party apparatus level. If they kick her upstairs then who's going to make sure that a bunch of other Democrats get in power? She was a serious contender for the VP job but was handicapped by a lack of 'Big Picture' experience that some of the others had - which was because she's been spending all her time in the trenches. Sort of like a Captain America role rather than a Tony Stark one.

I'm somewhat happy to see that the Morons Are Governing America crowd aren't wearing masks during the coup attempt.

The DoD blockage is very worrying. It's a classic Fascist strategy to make sure that the military remain on the sidelines during your Kristallnacht activities and there was a flurry of mid-level appointments of Trump stooges at the Pentagon recently. Most of these people were completely unqualified for these post but eminently qualified to do nothing.
