I make an attempt to train myself to wear jeans in case I need to blend in somewhere with a formality level between “knee-length skirt” and “leggings.” Admittedly, this situation is unlikely to ever arise, but it’s best to be prepared.

Anyhow, this morning the temperature was down a bit, so I wore jeans with a brown stretch-velvet shirt and a scarf and now I feel like that Onion headline “Mr. Autumn Man Walking Down Street With Cup Of Coffee, Wearing Sweater Over Plaid Collared Shirt.”
