Either there were first and last name fields in the "So you've forgotten your password, click to send a link to your email account so you can reset it" and I didn't notice and fill them out; or the fields don't exist but are mentioned anyway in the code for the automatic email.

Either way, I shall hereafter be known as Null Null.
