Vivid night for dreams. What I can remember:
1. Don't recall the events, but everyone was Gerry Anderson-style puppets.
2. Frat boys, or possibly a chocolate manufacturer, had left a near-life-size statue of a bearded, possibly Viking man in the apartment I and several others were moving from. There was a lot of other stuff going on, but I can't quite remember it.
3. A park containing a pond at the bottom of a small, steep-sided valley. There may have been a horse trough shaped like a lilypad. I left a giant ball of black yarn near the pond and carried the knitting project connected to it to a seat up the hill. Eventually I was joined by several others and a conversation broke out which I was vaguely aware was actually I story I was writing and had back-dated to the early 'seventies, as evidenced by the fact that we were all Peanuts characters.
4. Superman had infiltrated a concentration camp, presumably as part of a Resistance/rescue operation. Kal-el had been raised Jewish somewhere in Europe in this version of the DC-verse, and a prisoner writing about it later kept going on about how weird and wrong it had felt to hear Yiddish coming out of this guy they all knew as the famous superhero.
