Still haven't seen Batman Rising -- green_trilobite hasn't felt up to sitting in a movie-thearte seat for two hours and forty-five minutes straight.
We went downtown a couple of times, though. Today, following brunch at the always-photogenic Mars diner, we went up to Bathurst/Bloor where I found some burgundy hair dye on sale for $2.99 a box at Honest Ed's; I'll probably try it out come fall. At the Beguiling, I leafed through an intriguing comic called Birdseye Bristoe, which appears to be about family, weird roadside Americana, cell-phone towers, religion, and making stuff out of bungie cord and empty plastic soda bottles.
