Staying home with sick green_trilobite. Not sure if it's stomach flu or food poisoning - we've been eating the same stuff and I usually succumb to viruses first, but so far I'm ok. Maybe the cough syrup finally got to him - he's been taking a lot more of it than I have.

Yeah, all Patent Medicines have a point of diminishing returns. I haven't used any in decades because, as is typical, my bad reactions to them were getting worse and worse faster and faster so that only the first two doses were a net gain. Steam cleaning my snoz seems to be a decent replacement.
