I sincerely hope the Toronto Sun's article on rabid bats is an attempt to tie in to the upcoming summer movie, and not an attempt to scare people with a new animal now they can't froth at the mouth about pit bulls anymore.

At least they mention that you can pretty much keep safe by simply not freakin' picking up wild animals, especially ones that are acting strangely.

Not sure if you ever watched MST3K when it was on but if you did was wondering if you ever caught the one where the guy is bite by a bat and he becomes a werebat but everyone thinks he has rabies.

If you never saw MST3K it was a TV show there this guy and two robots would make fun of B movies. It was very funny.

I've heard of it - actually I kind of blame it for the behaviour of some people in current movie theatres who talk back to the screen (sometimes even when it's a pretty good scene).

It would be annoying in a real theatre, I agree. Can't say I have noticed it much where I live though.
