1) Where does the moon come from in your LJ handle?
"Moon Custafer" is a term I made up as a small child. When asked what it meant, I'd simply say "it's the same thing as a Bander." I use it as my online ID a lot, since I can be pretty sure no on else is using it.
2) Do you find one medium for guilty pleasures (literary, music, cinema, television, games) guiltier than the others?
Not sure what this question means - I don't consider any medium "guilty." It's certainly harder to enjoy something in the audio-visual media without being observed by others in the household, though.
3) A fictional villain you wish was never created.
Can I answer "the entire cast of Wuthering Heights? YMMV, but for myself I could never get into that novel. I tend to have more problems with fictional heroes - either the story holds them up as wonderful while I detest them, or they themselves are ok, but spawn a tiresome legion of imitations.
4) A song you wish was never recorded.
Lately I've been annoyed by Taylor Swift's "You Belong with Me" (though I don't mind her other stuff)- and I have to hear it every day on the radio in my workplace. If you haven't *told* the guy you like him, you don't get to hate on the girl who *did* go out of her way to catch his eye.
5) If you had to emigrate to a fictional country, which one would it be?
Probably the nameless country in Shaun Tan's The Arrival. It seems like a welcoming place; plus everyone has weird/funny animal companions.
