At Silver Snail on the weekend, Merle behind the counter told us about her performance as the Creeper in the “Holy Boobies, Batman” burlesque show a few weeks back. This morning I saw a photo of Lady Gaga with green hair and thought “hey, she stole Merle’s look.”

I was dead impressed, anyway - having had no experience in hanging upside-down supported by nothing but one presumably very sticky calve muscle.
