Today I established that trying to use yogurt as an ingredient in cake icing isn't a very good idea.

But there must be something to use other than the lard they usually make it with. What's Kosher cake icing make with?

Butter? Cream cheese? Both perfectly good icing ingredients which I should have used instead.
