State of the Me

Finished my antibiotics on Thursday, but I still have a slight cough, which I think has worsened over the course of today, and it feels like my throat has started to swell up again. Posting this to establish a timeline in case I need to see the doctor again.

It was lousy overnight, seems less bad but noticeable this morning. Have to decide whether to g to the walk-in clinic again today (before they close at 2pm) or risk having to miss work to go during the coming week.

Bleh, good idea.
Whenever the doc asks me, how long....? When I say about a week it could mean anywhere from an actual week to more like a month, a month is anywhere from a month to six of the same. Because I'm awful at judging the passage of time and lose whole days to apathy and procrastination...
Swollen throat, though. That can't be good : /

Update - Got the doctor who gave me the strep test that came back negative - I think she thinks I'm a hypochondriac. She agreed to do another one, but suggested it was just a coincidence that I felt better while I was taking the antibiotics. When I asked if there was anything other than strep that could account for the symptoms, she said it could be allergies, so I got some over-the-counter antihistamines on the way home, and we'll see how that goes. At least I only had to wait about ten minutes to see her.
