Am I just less freaked than most people by the details of conception? I mean, when it involves lesbians and a turkey baster? Someone at my office was telling my co-workers about his partner’s attempts to be body-father to a F/F couple they know; and now everyone is creeped out by the concept. Admittedly, he gave them a *bit* more detail than I would have given to people who aren’t close friends of mine, so it probably did fall into the TMI category.

Eh, when you really think about the usual mechanics of conception, two lesbians and a turkey baster almost seems more dignified ^_^

Well, 2 lesbians, a turkey baster and 2 gay men, but yeah – I’m not sure people who routinely discuss their labour, c-sections, mammograms etc can reasonably object that this story was too gross..

I'd have been grossed out only cos of the possibility of an air embolism occuring....anything to do with bloodstreams tends to make me really lightheaded.
