RIP Frazetta

L.A. Times Obituary by the maker of the documentary Frazetta: Painting with Fire. I like the suggestion that had Frazetta been born in the early 15th c., the high-art establishment as well as fantasy fans would revere him as a great Italian Renaissance fresco painter, instead of a great 20th century fantasy illustrator (and inspiration for my theory that all pants make women look fat - the women in his paintings are extremely hot, but picture them in jeans and t-shirts and you'll see what I mean.)

They look just fine to me! But then, I do make both the jeans and t-shirt rather tight. ;-)
