Dream Report
Jun. 2nd, 2014 12:50 pmA large family had hired an au-pair who was supposedly the granddaughter of a famous romance novelist – in reality she *was* the novelist, and also a centuries-old vampire who thrived by killing her charges, or perhaps by manipulating them into killing themselves. We trapped her in a mirror, but knew it wouldn’t hold her for long. It also turned out she had given birth to several children of her own, and had groomed them to marry into powerful families – although they were merely her pawns, I knew they would give their lives for her and towards the end of the narrative, I was trying to hold the door of the house shut so that she couldn’t get out, and so that none of her children could get back in, as she would be able to survive if she had one of them for sustenance.
Than, in the way of dreams, it turned into some far more mundane nightmare about being late for class.
