OK, so following the latest round of "OmgLJDoom!" I've finally given in and set up a Dreamwidth account so I can back up the near-decade of entries I've got here. I'm moon_custafer on Dramwidth as well, and will try to crosspost from now on, though I still consider this my flagship journal.

Can't Sleep Even When People Are Right on the Internet

Made the mistake of visiting little_details for the first time in a few months, and now I can't sleep because I'm mentally constructing explanations and summings-up of typical little_details topics. It doesn't help that one of the posts I read touched on one of my pet peeves, which is People Misunderstand Inbreeding. Even though the community pretty much explained it all quite well, I'm still going "and also the problems people tend to associate with, say, Appalachian communities of the early 20th-c were probably due in large part to poverty and iodine deficiencies"
