Today I found out that there’s a term to describe my eye-colour: Central Heterochromia (i.e. my eyes are blue-grey but with little yellow starbursts around the pupils). Wikipedia claims this is rarer than plain old regular heterochromia (odd eyes), but I suspect it’s just harder to notice; googling the term turned up dozens of people in the first couple of pages, all delighted to find out there’s a name for their trait.
