According to my parents, my brother had a surreal travel adventure (to which he is prone) a while back: he went down to Florida for a week with some friends, to stay at somebody's family's "vacation cottage," which turned out to be a large estate that they'd owned since the 1920s, and which still had the period decor. Apparently it was both cool and slightly creepy - I mean, small group of young people spending week alone in huge deserted family estate? He was probably lucky to get home unslashed and unpossessed - I know he's not possessed from
one of his recent Facebook self-descriptions:

Andrew is a totally extreme in your face southwestern e-fajita citrus blast. In other words, he's hard at work doing advertising.

which is exactly how he usually sounds.
