Ad on side of bus: YIPPIE KAY YO KAY YAY, MO---cut off by frame of ad. Below:
John 6:27
I'm assuming this is an ad for some hyper morning-show radio host named John who goes on air at 6:27, since although I'm not all that expert in religious texts, I'm pretty sure I'd have heard about it if the phrase "Yippie kay-yo kay-yay, motherf-**er" appeared anywhere in the New Testament; even in John, which admittedly is pretty weird. Anybody got a concordance?
Also - the subway ads for (I think) Toronto.com are so awful-looking that for a while I thought they were ads for a printer, demonstrating what your posters would look like if you hired one of their less-competent rivals. Seriously, clip art on backgrounds that are *almost the exact same colour* so you can't read the images at all? I'm guessing the contrast was higher on the designer's computer screen, but did no one look at the posters when they came off the presses?

It's an ad for Live Free Or Die Hard - Bruce Willis plays John McClane, and his catchphrase (at least in the first movie - I don't know about the sequels, as I don't think I've seen any of them*) was "Yippie-kay-yay, motherfucker!" It premieres on June 27.

I don't believe I've noticed these ads - I'll have to have a look around tomorrow morning on my way to work, though I'm usually engrossed in my coffee.
* - I may very well have seen all of them, though - they seem to be the same movie, again and again.
