Happy Day to those who are, or have, mothers

This was a reasonably good weekend - I had a quiet but pleasant Fiday evening with the hard-core members of the Diners; re-covered the arms of the computer that the cats use as a scratching post while green_trilobite was at the Pulp Show (he finally located a couple of issues of Adventure featuring my great-grandfather's work); prepared two poems to submit to the Royal Sarcophagus Society's anthology for next Nuit Blanche; and put together a large Ikea bookshelf tonight for mom-in-law's room.
