I've been doing a preliminary layout in Quark Xpress of Supervillain; I've even worked up provisional front and back covers. green_trilobite says I should talk it over with handful_ofdust and Sandra first, but I wonder if it might be best to publish this sort of thing on the web as a free pdf download, with perhaps a buyable hard copy through cafepress.com.
Of course first I'll need some people to tell me if I've made any big continuity errors, etc.
