Last Sunday I fell hard against the arm of the sofa and had all the breath knocked out of my lungs. My ribs only hurt a little afterwards, and the next day - and the next - but since Thursday, or thereabouts, they've really been bothering me. It hurts to get up, to lie down, and to take a deep breath. TheBiPolarBear thinks I should see a doctor, but I suspect it won't turning anything up - the pain isn't as intense as I imagine it would be if anything were cracked, and it's annoyingly difficult to pin down - it's definitely my left side rib cage, but there's no spot I can prod that seems to be ground zero for the pain...
Feeling somewhat guilty about the topics I pick for this blog - like they're not especially deep or meaningful, particularly when I come across people writing about self-indulgent bloggers (of course those people are usually capital-J Journalists, and, I suspect, feel slightly threatened by the idea of amateurs getting an audience...).
