I tried not to betray too much enthusiasm when he started talking about finally going back to a short hairstyle. Of course he would decide this while the barbershop is closed, but he asked if I wanted to try cutting it, so I attempted to give him the hairstyle depicted in my current icon. Now he looks like a 1930s farmer. I like it.
