Yuletide Prep

I'm keeping an eye on  the list of requested/offered fandoms for Yuletide, and while there are five more days till the sign-ups close, I suspect I already know which one of my four requests will be filled, because it’s the only one that has a fandom that’s larger than just me—no, that’s not quite right: I’ve seen another one of my nominated fandoms garner multiple (like, three) story requests, and (as of today) no one is volunteering for it. The audience is there, folks, won't someone please take one for the team and write a story?!

OTOH I’m also beginning to make a guess as to which of my offers will be picked up, and to think about what I can do in that/those universes. Hints -- I've been googling "Joe. E. Brown" and "San Francisco Earthquake"...
