Don't know about this hairstyle. It's minimising the hair and, speaking as someone who can't do this, I should think you'd want to maximise the amount of hair on display - like at the beginning of the video where you look fabulously artless! Although, you don't say what the purpose of the hairstyle is, so perhaps it meets specs for battening down your tresses for action when you go up in the rigging to untangle yardarms or some such.
I stashed a copy of the video on one of my servers so, in theory, putting "My video (http://home.ca.inter.net/~spectrum/Hair.mp4)" ought to at least let people download it and let most people play it. The fully orthodox embedding code is shown at http://www.webmonkey.com/2010/05/embed-videos-in-your-web-pages-using-html5/ (http://www.webmonkey.com/2010/05/embed-videos-in-your-web-pages-using-html5/)
Off topic - I'm still agonising over new glasses. I see yours are of the type common today with smaller, rectangular lens whereas I'm used to big round glasses. Do the smaller ones impinge on your field of view at all?

(stuff about embedding videos that got the previous version of this comment labelled as spam!)
