I suppose if you're always feeling like you've just forgotten something and having anxiety for no reason, it's scarier. Because, *dun dun duuuuuun* sudden unexpected alien presence memory-wipe! I wonder how many people who weren't forwarned about the two parter were crying out in indignant agony (like my mum) when they ended it there?
