I can't deal with narrative when I'm like that - it's too much effort to follow and yet I can't not try to follow it. Maybe teletubbies would be abstract enough. I asked green_trilobite to turn to the Discovery Channel (documentaries are usually ok if they're not about people) but it's all Brainiac ("humourous" Brit science show) now.
