Still job-hunting. I kind of hate that a lot of the ads I read say "Show us your mind-blowing portfolio and convince us you're the kind of way above-average person we should give the time of day to," thus pretty much guaranteeing that I won't dare apply. I wonder how and if the Dunning-Kruger effect affects which job-seekers they get. Also, a lot of the time these super-awesome highly-skilled people they're searching for are for a one-month temp contract.
