My co-worker who loves radio contests but hates pop music is beginning to get really impatient with the trade-off. Meanwhile, I've started to quite like Lady GaGa; I can't enjoy her music, though, because every time a song like "Born This Way" comes on, I have to listen to said co-worker rant about how "stupid" it is. She also really hates the Black-Eyed Peas "I've Got a Feeling," claiming that the words "let's kick it" are an example of how rap music is all about violence. I'm not sure what she'd make of Cole Porter's "I Get a Kick Out of You" – assume it was about domestic abuse, probably.
