I always wondered what that three-things-in-one sort of meal was called. Is it always the same three things, or does it vary? Or did she say?

She didn't. I understand the smaller animals inside bigger animals dish is, in its modern incarnation, called a "turducken," as it's usually a chicken in a duck in a turkey.
