I would like to apologize and take responsibility for the recent troubles among my RL friends. I was talking informally, used un-diplomatic language and failed to take into account that LJ is a public place. Or are you just being all post-modern and ironic, and spoofing GWB's non-acceptance-of-responsibility acceptance-of-responsibility last night? (That's like Rosie O'Donnell's non-apology apology, I suppose.)

My gratitude
(Anonymous) 2007-01-12 05:29 am (UTC)(link)Please note as I indicated on Handful of Dust's website, that I am grateful to you for sharing of your comments, rather than holding you responsible - you might have chosen "undiplomatic" language, but the sentiment expressed by others come clearly through. And I would rather know the truth, than have it whispered behind my back.
Nor would I hold you "responsible" because you and green_trilobite were the persons chosen as an alternate to us hosting the party.
