Today at work I had to watch a bunch of these cooking videos. At one point my coworker-who-thinks-he's-funny walked by. "Still watching those? Guess you're going to be having nightmares about them tonight, huh?"

Which makes me wonder exactly what he thinks a nightmare is.

The official dream classification of a nightmare is an intense inchoate sense of asphyxiation and terror. They don't actually have plots.

Well, I suppose there must be some individuals with fears that can be triggered by a video of someone preparing an apple pie. But it’s not exactly typical nightmare fuel.
