Didn't get the job that would have involved less telephone work (and incidentally, would have offered benefits, but the prospect of less time on the phone was what really appealed to me.)
I'm sorry to hear that. A job that means lots of phone time sounds pretty hellish. I can certainly see the appeal of a job that has less of that. Hopefully something better and less phone-ish will come along.
