I am painfully reminded this morning that it is now the time of the year when I need to start wearing smooth fabrics next to my skin so my goosebumps don’t get chafed.

'S funny, but I get goosebumps all year round really. Particularly in the last year my temperature regulation has just totally shut down, aparently, so I'm either roasting or an ice-pop and there's rarely middle ground between the two.
