Urgh

I managed to pull a muscle (one of my pectorals, I think) in my sleep last night - at least I assume that's why breathing has been painful all day. This is not good.

That sounds really hard (improbable) to do. I've done all sorts of nasty things to my limbs in Morpheus's realm but never pulled a pec. I have, however. often managed to sleep face-down with my fists in the middle of my chest and then breathing is tough for a while.

Is this an asymmetric pain? One side much more than the other or just over on the side? If central and of more than a day's duration I'd go see the Doc!

It's better this morning.

From what I and green_trilobite can recall, he got up during the night, I half-woke up and thought he needed help, so I pushed or pulled him to a sitting position with one hand while still flat on my back; it all seemed oddly easy and dreamlike at the time, but I suspect that's how I wrenched something.

Weird, I pulled ...whatever that one is on the back of the upper arm...on my left one, the other night. Slept akimbo. Yours is worse, I just couldn't...I dunno, shot-put or something. Not that I could have in the first place, but still.
