I believe we just had a minor earthquake. This marks the first time I've been in an earthquake and actually noticed (the other times I was asleep/watching Dr. Who).
We thought that the renovation clowns in our building had finally managed to take down one of the supporting walls or that it was an early attempt to blow up the G20. I ran around and checked that all the pillars were still there in the garage, that there were no crashed satellites on the roof and that the elevator hadn't crashed to the bottom of the shaft. Dee, over in Leaside, didn't feel anything nor did her cats!
My co-worker's texts to their friends and family have determined it was a 4.2 (or possibly 5.5) with the epicentre in Ottawa but that no-one in the west end of Toronto seems to have noticed.
