Last night: about half a bag of party mix (sun chips, pretzels, doritos and cheese doodles). I know I'm not supposed to apologize but bleah, I won't be doing that again any time soon.

This morning (commute): small double-double coffee.

Update - morning/afternoon, at work:
another coffee;
1 honey-glazed donut;
2 pieces of Thrills gum;
1 Lindt chocolate;
1 small Greek salad;
1 chocolate chip cookie, about 9 cm across.
(Note all coffees or dishes containing dairy are accompanied by a Lactaid/generic tablet)

After work/evening:
1 corn bread muffin;
2 pieces of Thrills chewing gum;
1/2 a large can of ravioli;
1 coffee;
more water.
