Dog-disguise kits for owners whose pets are of breeds that the media whips up frenzies about (Dobermans, pit-bulls, etc). Nice piece of sarcasm from somebody in Australia, whose Doberman is clearly a patient creature, giving the camera a long-suffering look as step by step, it is dressed up as a poodle.
