"Ha! Ha! And then it sought the bone."
That's creepy in the extreme. I woke up in the middle of the night after a nightmare, got up and did the laundry. When I came back to bed later on, Steve told me that I'd apparently been screaming: "Scarecrows! Ah, scarecrows!" in my sleep.
