I've never actually heard it called that in a live conversation; you're more likely to hear "Hogtown."

AFAIK, almost nobody living *in* the city voted Ford, it was all the suburban communities in the Greater Toronto Areas, (i.e. very pro-car, not so pro-public transit) who did so.
